The quality feels good overall, and it seems like it’ll hold up well. I do wish it felt just a tiny bit more polished in a few spots, but for the most part I’m happy with it and would still say it’s a solid buy.

I ordered a curtain set and ended up needing to return it because it wasn’t quite what I thought I was getting. I felt a bit misled by the listing, but the return itself was actually painless. The instructions were clear enough, and my refund came through faster than I expected. Not happy that I had to deal with it in the first place, but at least there wasn’t a huge hassle or a long back-and-forth...

I ended up ordering from LushDecor because I kept coming back to their bedding and curtains, like the patterns just felt a little more fun and than the usual plain stuff I was seeing everywhere else. I took forever deciding because a few things I liked were sold out, which was a little annoying, but I still found pieces that worked. Once everything was in my room, it really did make the space feel more pulled together, kind of like I actually meant for it to look that way. The colors are nice, the designs are cute, and overall I’m happy with it. I’d probably buy from them again, I just hope there’s more stock next time.

It’s not terrible, but I kind of assumed the fabric would be a bit softer based on how it looked. It has that slightly scratchy feel to it, which is usually how these kinds of materials end up feeling for me. Overall, it’s okay, just not super comfortable

Replies took a few days each time, and the responses felt kind of copy-pasted rather than actually helpful. Overall, the item was okay, but the customer service made the experience frustrating
